We also have a two bedroom apartment located on the ground floor which is designated handicap accessible. Pet Policy

Geneva Shores is pet friendly!  We accept dogs and cats. One pet per apartment home with a  $300 deposit. All residents must sign a pet policy. Service/Companion animals permitted with proper documentation.
